Our Mission
Through philanthropic support and advocacy, Wildwood Foundation supports Wildwood Programs in empowering people with developmental disabilities, complex learning disabilities, and autism to lead independent, productive, and fulfilling lives. Today, Wildwood serves more than 1,600 individuals and their families across 14 counties and employs approximately 1,200 staff throughout the Capital Region, making it one of the region’s largest providers of disability services.
Wildwood Foundation, Growing Together.
Wildwood was established nearly 60 years ago with the goal of enriching lives through learning, purpose, and connection across a person’s (individual’s) lifespan. The Foundation, founded in 1999, encourages the community’s involvement and investment in Wildwood and strives to build and nurture long-term relationships.
